He is a Rwandan electrical engineer with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision. He completed his master's degree in Electrical Engineering at Fujian University of Technology (FJUT) in Fuzhou, China, where his research focused on deep learning-based helmet detection from live video. Prior to that, he earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rwanda's College of Science and Technology (formerly Kigali Institute of Science and Technology).
