He is Rwandan and holder of Master of Agriculture with Food Security and Agriculture
Development as major option. He held Bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology. He is
an enthusiastic person who is committed to improve livelihoods, poverty eradication and food
consumption for low-income households and helping them to access high financial services and
technical assistance for growing their enterprises based improved food security and economic
opportunities through farming and saving cooperatives. He has several years of experience in
working with local government institutions, policy makers and rural farmer cooperatives
whereby he mostly facilitated in improvement of the agriculture productivity, food security
through agribusiness value chains.
